Before you write
Two questions come up more than any other, so here they are:
- Where is my order? Delivery across Europe takes 7–14 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
- Can I return it? Yes — 14 days by law, 30 days with us. See Returns and refunds.
Hours
Monday to Friday. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday.
