This page explains, in plain language, what happens to your data when you use raventorch.store. The full legal text is in our privacy policy.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, email, delivery address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought.
• When you pay: nothing. Card details go straight to the payment provider — we never see them.
• When you browse: standard analytics from Shopify: pages viewed, rough location, device and browser.
• If you subscribe: your email address, until you unsubscribe.

Why we hold it

To take your order, ship it, answer your questions and meet our accounting obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the parties who actually need it to get the parcel to you.

Who else sees it

• Shopify — hosts the shop and processes orders.
• Payment providers — handle the transaction.
• Our supplier and the carrier — receive your delivery address so the parcel can be packed and delivered.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe. Analytics on Shopify's own retention schedule.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Email paulgherle15@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

The shop uses cookies that are necessary for the basket and checkout to work, plus analytics cookies. You can refuse the non-essential ones in the banner or block them in your browser; the shop still works.

Children

This shop is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If this page changes materially we will say so here.
