Returns and refunds
The short version
You have 14 days to change your mind under EU law. We extend that to 30 days from the day the parcel arrives. The flashlight needs to come back in a condition you would accept yourself — used to test it is fine, damaged or missing parts is not.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
Under Directive 2011/83/EU you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us plainly — an email is enough. You then have 14 days to send the goods back, and we refund within 14 days of receiving them or of proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
Your legal guarantee of conformity
Separately from returns, EU law gives you a legal guarantee that the goods conform to the contract. If the flashlight turns out to be faulty, that right applies regardless of anything on this page.
How to start a return
- Email paulgherle15@gmail.com with your order number and a line about what happened.
- We reply with the return address and instructions within one business day.
- Send the item back, keeping proof of postage.
- We refund to your original payment method once it arrives.
Who pays for return postage
If the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we cover the return — send us a photo and we will sort it, often without asking for the item back at all.
If you simply changed your mind, the return postage is yours. It is usually a few euros for a parcel this size.
Refund timing
We issue the refund within 14 days of the item arriving. Your bank then takes its own time — typically 3–5 business days for a card, sometimes longer.
Damaged on arrival
Photograph it before you do anything else and email us the same day if you can. We resend or refund immediately; we do not make you post a broken item back across a continent.
What we cannot take back
Items returned after 30 days, and items that have been physically damaged, taken apart or submerged (it is IPX4, not waterproof). Everything else, we will take back.
