Where we ship

Across Europe. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum — there is no threshold to reach and no surcharge at checkout.

How long it takes

7–14 business days from the day your order is dispatched. Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day; after that, the next business day.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Around Black Friday and Christmas, carriers run slower than usual and the upper end of that range is more likely than the lower one.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start showing movement — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.

Customs and duties

For deliveries within the EU there is nothing extra to pay. If you are ordering to a country outside the EU customs union, your local authority may charge import duty or VAT, which is not something we can collect or refund on your behalf.

Wrong address

If you spot a mistake in your address, email us within a few hours of ordering and we will try to correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped the address is fixed by the carrier.

If it does not arrive

If 14 business days have passed with no delivery, write to paulgherle15@gmail.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we resend or refund — your choice.
