Terms of service

These terms govern your use of raventorch.store and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them.

1. Who we are

RavenTorch is an online retailer selling to consumers in Europe. Contact: paulgherle15@gmail.com.

2. The product

We sell one product: the RavenTorch EDC flashlight. The specification on the product page comes from the manufacturer. Where the manufacturer does not publish a figure — runtime per mode, for example — we say so rather than estimate. Photographs are of the actual product; screen colour rendering varies.

3. Prices and payment

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in euro. Shipping is free across Europe. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's payment providers; we never see or store your card details.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order — a pricing error, a stock problem — we will tell you and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

7–14 business days across Europe. See Shipping. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal and legal guarantee

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, which we extend to 30 days. Separately, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity: if the goods do not conform to the contract, you have remedies under EU consumer law that nothing on this site limits. See Returns and refunds.

7. Safe use

This is a high-output flashlight. Do not shine it into anyone's eyes, including your own, and do not point it at drivers, pilots or animals. The UV mode is for inspection; avoid prolonged exposure to skin and eyes. Keep it away from small children. It is IPX4 — rain and splashes, not submersion. Charge it with a standard USB-C source and do not leave it charging unattended on a flammable surface.

8. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Intellectual property

The text, layout and branding on this site belong to RavenTorch. Product photography is used with the supplier's permission.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. If we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
